Spencer Shay created Shay What?! as a warm, energetic restaurant where comfort food, handcrafted cocktails and genuine hospitality all share the same spotlight.
Shay What?! was founded by Spencer Shay, a creative entrepreneur with a clear vision of what a memorable restaurant experience should feel like.
He wanted to create more than a place to eat. His goal was to build a destination where guests could gather for dinner, stay for the atmosphere and leave with memories worth sharing.
The concept brings together handcrafted comfort food, signature cocktails, warm lighting, live energy and interiors designed to feel creative, welcoming and full of personality.
Inspired by neighborhood restaurants, independent cocktail bars and the places where people naturally come together, Spencer focused on creating an experience rather than simply serving food.
Every detail was considered - from the menu and lighting to the music and layout - so that every visit feels relaxed, social and unforgettable.
For Spencer, hospitality is about making people feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door until the last drink is served.
His philosophy is simple:
